Menopause

Menopause is a natural stage of life, but the changes it brings can be challenging for many women. Our Women’s Health Clinic offers personalised support to help women navigate menopause and perimenopause with confidence and care.

Symptoms like hot flushes, sleep disturbance, mood changes, and vaginal dryness can have a significant impact on quality of life. Our in-house GP and endocrinologist provide expert assessment and management, including discussion of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and non-hormonal options.

We take a holistic, evidence-based approach, considering your health history, symptoms and lifestyle when developing a treatment plan. Whether you’re just starting to notice changes or have been living with symptoms for some time, we’re here to listen and support you.

Appointments are available without a referral. To book an appointment, please contact our Women’s Health Clinic directly.
