Supporting Central Highlands Rural Health

Community is at the heart of what we do at Central Highlands Rural Health. For more than 150 years, we have been supported by the generosity of those who contribute their time and money to ensure that we can best meet the health challenges of our local communities.

Although Central Highlands Rural Health does receive government funding, donations enable us to expand our programs and services, build new infrastructure and purchase the latest medical equipment that would otherwise not be possible.

There are many different ways that you can support Central Highlands Rural Health in delivering care to your community. To discuss any of the options, please contact the Manager Fundraising, Events & Marketing on (03) 5321 6542 or email Peter.McConvill@chrh.org.au

Make a Donation

Donations to Central Highlands Rural Health can either be made to a particular campus, department or to the area of greatest need.

Tribute Gifts

A gift in-memory of a loved one or in-celebration of a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary is a meaningful way in which you can support Central Highlands Rural Health. We can arrange for special donation forms to be made available for the funeral or special event so your friends and family can also make a donation in lieu of gifts or flowers. To discuss your arrangements, please feel free to contact our Manager.

Leave a Bequest

Your generosity and foresight in leaving a bequest will provide for those in your community well beyond your own lifetime. A gift to Central Highlands Rural Health in your will can provide for future generations through supporting new programs and services, purchasing new medical equipment and technologies, developing the skills of our workforce through educational scholarships, and funding new capital developments. For further information on leaving a gift in your Will, our Fundraising Manager can provide a Bequest Information brochure on request.

To discuss your bequest ideas, or to advise us of an intended gift, please contact our Fundraising Manager. Naturally, your bequest arrangements will be discussed in the strictest confidence.

Fundraise for Us

Fundraising for Central Highlands Rural Health is a fun and rewarding way that you can help to improve services in your local community. From holding a cake stall, to participating in a fun run, to hosting your own event, the possibilities are endless. You can choose to fundraise towards a particular area or perhaps a needed piece of equipment. Before you start fundraising, we ask you to contact our Fundraising Manager to apply for an ‘Authority to Fundraise’ that sets out our terms and conditions.

Partner With Us

Our profile and reputation presents unique opportunities for local business and organisations to partner with us in the delivery of exceptional healthcare to our communities. Support may include cash donations, event sponsorship, point-of-sale collection tins, workplace giving or gifts-in-kind. To discuss your sponsorship proposal contact the Fundraising Manager on 03 5321 6542.
