Ken joined the Central Highlands Rural Health Board in July 2020.
Ken practised law for 37 years with a major global law firm, stepping down as a senior partner in 2019. Ken has served as a trusted adviser to leading multinationals, listed Australian companies, governments, government corporations and charities, across sectors as diverse as energy, infrastructure, defence, water, waste management, banking and financial services and transport. Ken continues to advise his former form in relation to governance and financial strategy and oversight.
Ken is a nationally accredited mediator and has established a mediation practise, in addition to his own charities and not-for-profit legal practice. Ken has served on not for profit boards including 10 years on the board, and as chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Management committee, of an independent school.
