Creswick Health Upgrade Appeal

ABOUT THE APPEAL: Creswick Health’s Hospital and Aged Care facilities are currently being upgraded by Central Highlands Rural Health, however, due to global economic challenges in the building industry, the project needs community support.

TARGET: $150,000

The Community Bank Creswick & District is offering a matched giving donation up to $30,000 which will double to impact for the first $30,000 raised!

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

DONATE: Every donation will go directly to Creswick Health’s redevelopment fund for the current upgrade to the hospital and aged care facilities.

Major donors have an opportunity to name rooms or areas within the facility. For further information please contact Central Highlands Rural Health’s Fundraising Manager on 0439 075 039 or giving@chrh.org.au

DISCUSS: Talk to your family members, friends, sporting clubs, local businesses and community groups to highlight the importance of the upgrades and ask them to get behind this campaign.

SHARE: Help others connect with the appeal via the campaign’s Facebook page: www.facebook.com/creswickhealthupgradeappeal

DONATE NOW:  www.givenow.com.au/creswickhealthupgradeappeal

Donations can also be made in person at Community Bank Creswick & District branch at 1 Raglan Street, Creswick or Creswick Health’s Community Health reception at 1 Napier Street, Creswick.  Gifts can also be made via credit card payments (phone or email our Fundraising Manager).

Supporting Local Healthcare

Community is at the heart of what we do at Central Highlands Rural Health. For more than 150 years, we have been supported by the generosity of those who contribute their time and money to ensure that we can best meet the health challenges of our local communities.

Although Central Highlands Rural Health does receive government funding, donations enable us to expand our programs and services, build new infrastructure and purchase the latest medical equipment that would otherwise not be possible.

There are many different ways that you can support Central Highlands Rural Health in delivering care to your community.

To discuss any of the options, please contact the Fundraising Manager on (03) 5321 6555 or email giving@chrh.org.au

Tribute Gifts

A gift in memory of a loved one or in celebration of a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary, is a meaningful way in which you can support Central Highlands Rural Health. We can arrange for special donation forms to be made available for the funeral or special event so your friends and family can also make a donation in lieu of gifts or flowers. To discuss your arrangements, please feel free to contact our Fundraising Manager.

Leave a Bequest

Your generosity and foresight in leaving a bequest will provide for those in your community well beyond your own lifetime. A gift to Central Highlands Rural Health in your will can provide for future generations through supporting new programs and services, purchasing new medical equipment and technologies, developing the skills of our workforce through educational scholarships, and funding new capital developments. For further information on leaving a gift in your Will, our Fundraising Manager can provide a Bequest Information brochure on request.  To discuss your bequest ideas, or to advise us of an intended gift, please contact our Fundraising Manager. Naturally, your bequest arrangements will be discussed in the strictest confidence.
