COVID-19 Update - 18th February 2021 Aged Care and Acute Services: In line with the Victorian Government's return to a COVIDsafe summer, one household may visit a patient or resident once per day (exceptions continue to apply). For more information, please call (03) 5321 6500.
COVID-19 Testing Clinic: Testing is available at Daylesford Health. Please call (03) 5321 6654 to make an appointment for testing.

About Daylesford Health

Daylesford Health at Central Highlands Rural Health offers a comprehensive range of hospital, residential aged care and community-based services.

Respiratory Assessment Centre (COVID-19)
If you have any of the symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), however mild, you should seek advice and get tested. Daylesford Health offers testing through our Respiratory Assessment Centre. 
 
Please call ahead on (03) 5321 6654 to book in with a nurse and secure your appointment time.

Hospital Services

Our Hospital Services includes an 18-bed acute ward caring for both medical and surgical admissions across a large variety of illnesses, injuries and conditions. Other services include a 24/7 Urgent Care Centre, dialysis, Transition Care Program (TCP) and Palliative Care and Respite. 

The visiting hours for Daylesford Health’s acute ward is 8am – 8pm. Density limits apply (based upon room size), so all visitors are advised to call ahead.

Residential Aged Care

Daylesford Aged Care has single and double bedrooms, available for permanent and respite care. For more information, visit Residential Aged Care at Daylesford Health

Community Health and Wellbeing

Services offered at Daylesford Health includes planned activity groups, social work and welfare, Speech Pathology, Dental Services and Oral Health, Dietetics, Maternal Child Health, Psychology, Delivered Meals, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy and Podiatry. In Home Services

In Home Services include District Nursing, Home Care packages, Hospital in the Home, Post-Acute Care and Palliative Care in the home. For more information, visit In Home Services at Daylesford Health.

  • Lake Imaging at Daylesford Health is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday by appointment. You can speak directly to the team by calling (03) 5321 6500
