We care about your opinion!
Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is pleased to launch a new way to receive feedback from the community – via Care Opinion.
What is Care Opinion?
Care Opinion is an independent online platform (website) where anyone can share their stories about their experience of care. The site covers health, aged care and community services in Australia, giving service users, their families and carers the opportunity to publish their personal experiences – good or bad – of the care system.

How CHRH uses Care Opinion
Receiving and listening to stories from our patients, their families and their carers provides valuable feedback about the quality of the healthcare we provide.
Care Opinion enables members of the public to tell us about their experience with our services. This information is used to improve services, and to recognise staff and teams who may go above and beyond our patients’ expectations.
Your feedback will be handled confidentially by Care Opinion (an independent, non-profit service) – they will be in touch to clarify your experience, and with your permission your feedback may then appear anonymously on the Care Opinion website. Care Opinion will ask staff at CHRH to respond to the feedback you share, but will not reveal your identity.
CHRH has implemented Care Opinion across all CHRH campuses, including:
Clunes Health
Creswick Health
Daylesford Health
Kyneton Health
Trentham Health
We hope you choose to share your experience with us – your feedback is greatly appreciated.
