Today we welcomed our six nursing graduates who are taking part in this year’s Graduate Nurse Program across Central Highlands Rural Health.

Our graduates will complete two six-month rotations, one in aged care and one in acute, across our facilities in Creswick, Daylesford, Kyneton and Trentham. The program is designed to support Graduate Nurses in the clinical areas and provide opportunities to consolidate both theoretical and practical clinical skills. Their orientation will include a four-day introduction to four of the campuses that they will be working within (Daylesford, Creswick, Trentham and Kyneton), as well as meeting many staff on site.

This is an exciting step in their nursing careers, and we are proud to support them as they grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence in delivering quality patient care.
