You’re invited to complete a survey on your healthcare experience to help improve how hospitals work together across the state.
Every person in Victoria should be able to access the right care, in the right place, at the right time – wherever they live.
That’s why Local Health Service Networks will be formed across Victoria from 1 July 2025. The Networks will group health services within a geographical region and be responsible for supporting coordinated care, as close to home as possible.
Health service leaders have been consulted on the establishment of the Networks, and now it’s time to hear from you.
To help inform how our hospital and others will work together to provide care as a network, you’re invited to complete a voluntary survey via Engage Victoria. The survey will help us to understand what we need to prioritise to support you.
This is a great opportunity for you to share your feedback on your experiences ahead of the Networks being established.
Complete the survey
The survey is open from April 22 to June 8. It will only take about 10 minutes to complete and will be available in 10 other languages. All responses will be anonymous and confidential.
We want to hear from all Victorians, so feel free to share the survey with your friends, family, and networks.
