Living and Ageing Well in Hepburn project launches Healthy Conversations

Published May 30, 2024

The Living and Ageing Well in Hepburn project and the healthy ageing hubs in Clunes, Creswick, Daylesford and Trentham will continue with the launch of a new health information series for the community.

Healthy Conversations: Presented by Living and Ageing Well in Hepburn, are monthly events that will be held at each neighbourhood house within the Hepburn Shire and will feature speakers from CHRH covering a range of health-related topics. They will also include guest speakers from various government and local organisations.

The primary goal of these events is to enhance health and wellbeing literacy throughout the Hepburn Shire community through conversations with those in the know in a relaxed environment.

Central Highlands Rural Health will provide speakers at these events from the following disciplines:

  • Social Work and Home Care Packages
