In line with the Victorian Government’s seven-day circuit breaker restrictions, Central Highlands Rural Health campuses will implement the following from 11.59pm on Thursday 27th May:
Residential Aged Care Facilities:
- No visitors are permitted into aged care or other residential facility settings, except for end-of-life reasons
- Non-essential contractors are restricted from entry
Acute Hospitals:
- No visitors are permitted into health care settings, except for end-of-life reasons, or a parent to accompany a child
- Non-essential contractors are restricted from entry
Home Care Services:
- All essential home care services will continue to be provided during the restriction period. If you have any concerns contact your case manager or the Home Nursing Coordinator on 5321 6570 (for the Hepburn Shire) or 5422 9911 (for Kyneton and the Macedon Ranges).
Social Support Groups:
- All social support groups are suspended
Volunteers:
- All volunteering activities (including volunteer transport) are suspended, with the exception of Meals on Wheels and virtual volunteer visits.
Community Health:
- Clients with scheduled appointments during the lockdown will be contacted to discuss their appointment
Respiratory Assessment Clinics:
Central Highlands Rural Health's Respiratory Assessment Clinics continue to test patients with symptoms related to the Coronavirus or as directed by the Victorian Department of Health.
