Community Health Services Resume In Person

4 people embracing viewing scenery
Published May 28, 2020

From Monday June 1st all community health services will be available for in person appointments, including Centrelink services in Daylesford.   If you had an appointment that was cancelled during the shutdown period you will be contacted by community health staff to rebook. Standard social distancing of 1.5 metres applies.  There is a limited waiting area so please arrive on time for your appointment and only bring an escort if necessary to avoid overcrowding.  All people entering the building will need to wash their hands with the antiseptic hand rub provided and undergo a temperature check.  If you have a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath do not come to your appointment but contact the community health centre where your appointment is and reschedule: Contact details can be found on our website https://www.chrh.org.au/contact/  Also call the Respiratory Clinic on 5321 6654 to organise a test for Covid-19.
