Little Gallery Trentham’s annual Winter Show has raised an incredible $15,000 for Central Highlands Rural Health’s Treehouse at Trentham program, which supports people living with dementia and their carers.
The funds were donated from the proceeds of this year’s fundraising exhibition, which opened on Friday, 11 July with guest speaker Antoinette Braybrook and showcased works from more than 20 local and regional artists.

Central Highlands Rural Health CEO, Maree Cuddihy, said the generosity of the artists, organisers and community would make a meaningful impact.
“We are absolutely delighted that the Winter Gallery fundraiser has raised $15,000 for our Treehouse at Trentham program. This wonderful support will make a real difference for people living with dementia and their carers. Thank you to Little Gallery Trentham, the artists and the community for your generosity. You have shown once again the power of creativity and care in action.”
Treehouse Manager, Dora Mansbridge, said the funds will help improve the experience for participants.
“We are so grateful for this incredible support. The funds will help us improve the experience for our participants. We are considering things like outdoor furniture so people can enjoy more time outside together, as well as new chairs and garden improvements. This generosity gives us the chance to grow Treehouse in ways that matter most to our clients.”
